Hello all, here we come back with an another post, but this is pretty basic but should read through. Actually I have already written couple of post on affiliate program but then i realized from viewers response that many are new to Affiliate Program concept. So this post is from them.

To make life easier let me define it first, in simple words Affiliate Program is a way to make money online by promoting or selling or publishing product online. You can sell your product by giving some kind of commission to the advertiser or promoter, here you can be promoter as well.
Lets understand it by an example, Company like Amazon wants to sell some computer from its online store,you can promote their product on your website or blog by putting relevent ad, and if someone comes to your website and click on the relevent ad and end up buying that computer then you will be given some commision for each sale. You can get commission based on the action of visitor, if he goes to the online store and sign up, even then you’ll get some amount of money.

how Affiliate Program works

Commissions are often in percentage of a sale but can also be a fixed amount per conversion.It depends on the Advertiser how much of per sale he will give as a commission. But I’ve seen giving 5 to 50 % for each sale.

Here main point is that Affiliate program is useful for Advertiser and Publisher as well.

Affiliate Marketing can be done by Blogging -
People actually follow regular and reliable blogger, so sometimes its better to have affiliate ads on blog in compare to some general website.

Relevant Products to be Advertised -
Main thing is that you should publish ads of only those products which are relevent to your website content and according to the types of readers.
